In May 7, 2018, the project of Xinhe and 3000DWT parts Wharf in the south water operation area of Zhuhai Gaolan Port area was successfully completed by Hong Kong and Hong Kong Airlines.
The project is a self operated project from the project feasibility study to the construction drawing design and the whole construction tracking service of the port and shipping company. The project construction scale is a 3000DWT piece wharf with a length of 129m and wide 26m, with a design annual throughput of 400 thousand tons. The main contents include the overall layout of the dock and waterway, hydraulic structures, loading and unloading technology, communication and navigation, power supply lighting, water supply and drainage, fire protection, environmental protection, soil construction and so on. The wharf structure is divided into high pile beam plate on the north side and high pile pier structure on the south side, and the south side high pile pier and abutment must take into account the berthing and cable operation requirements of the 150 thousand ton dry bulk carrier.
In the course of the project design, under the support and guidance of Zheng Peixiang, general manager of Hong Kong Airlines and deputy general manager Xu Jianjun (Project Leader), the project team designers unite and work hard to complete all the design work of the project in May 2017.
In the course of construction, due to the influence of the prefabricated field around the site, the pretensioned prestress track beam is difficult to meet the construction conditions and the requirements of the construction schedule. Under the guidance of Zhang Jincheng, the chief engineer of the company, the deputy director of the harbour and the professional leader, Wang Yuanfeng, have worked hard to solve the post tensioning prestress of the project. The design difficulty of the track beam has successfully completed the optimization design of the pre tensioned prestressed rail beam to the post tensioning track beam, which greatly improves the site construction efficiency and ensures the construction period. At the same time, it has also waited for the affirmation of the owners and the construction units. In order to meet the owner's requirements for the production and operation of the wharf, under the guidance of Xu Jianjun, the deputy general manager of the company, Luo Jiarun, the head of structural design, successfully completed the design work of the parallel string truss type steel continuous bridge between the southern pier and the adjacent 150 thousand ton dry bulk terminal.
At the acceptance meeting, the design results and design tracking service of our company have been fully affirmed by the owners, the Zhuhai port administration, the Zhuhai traffic quality supervision station, the supervision unit and the construction unit. Hong Kong and navigation company designed the "Zhuhai Gaolan Port Area South Water Operation District Xin and 3000DWT parts wharf project" successfully completed acceptance, for the China Railway Second Hospital in Hong Kong and navigation plate to add success!
