On July 8th, the report on the flood control and river stability evaluation of the abandoned railway tunnel in the Ya'an-Linzhi section of the Sichuan-Tibet line of the China Railway Second Hospital was prepared by the China Railways Second Hospital and Hong Kong Airlines. The report on the flood control demonstration and river stability evaluation report of the abandoned slag yard of the Dadu River Double Line Bridge in Linzhi Section was approved. The Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture Water Resources Bureau organized an expert review of the report in Kangding. So far, the flood control demonstration of the “one tunnel and one bridge” in the preliminary construction section of the Sichuan-Tibet Railway has passed the review.
The meeting was attended by the Ganzi Prefecture Water Conservancy Bureau, the Luding County Water Conservancy Bureau, the Tibet Railway Construction Co., Ltd., the China Railway Second Institute Port and Shipping Company, and the China Railway Second Academy Tujiyuan Tunnel professional design staff. Participants and experts listened to the introduction of the construction unit on the progress of the preliminary work of the project and the report of the preparation unit on the contents of the report. Experts believe that the basic information of the report is detailed, the scope of evaluation and flood control standards are appropriate, the technical route is feasible, the content is comprehensive, and the conclusion is reasonable, which satisfies the Outline of the Compilation of Construction Project Flood Control and River Stability Evaluation Report (Trial) in Sichuan Province. During the preparation of the report, the port and shipping company had fully communicated with the main design, construction unit and administrative department, and proposed optimization proposals for the design plan. The design of the report was designed and the site selection of the slag yard was changed several times. The surveyor repeatedly supplemented the river topography, but eventually completed the report on time and overcoming the difficulties. The passing of the review of the flood control report provided technical support for the soil and water conservation and railway design of the Sichuan-Tibet Railway, and laid the foundation for the smooth start of the Sichuan-Tibet line project in September.
