Lianyungang Harbor Ganyu Port Area Railway and General Berth Project, located in Ganyu Port Area, Lianyungang, is invested by Shanxi Energy and Transportation Investment Co., LTD in respect of the construction of the wharf engineering. The project will be divided into two phases and both phases will solely construct one 100000 DWT general berth.  The works, such as, water dredging, port loading and unloading process equipment, auxiliary buildings, roads, yard, etc., will be accomplished according to the demands of production and life. In accordance with the enterprise production plan outline and the analysis on the hinterland economy and demands, the design handling capacity of the port will reach to 12.8 Mtpa after the completion of Phase Two.
